Kachimushi

A compact Japanese-style cafe on Sai Kung Market Street with a clean white-and-wood interior and a few outdoor seats facing the street. The menu leans toward light fare: open toasts topped with wagyu or portobello mushrooms, black truffle crab dip with sourdough, and soba noodles. The signature Dutch baby pancake comes in flavours like fig or matcha-red bean, served hot in a cast-iron pan. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables, where staff have been known to offer water on warm days.
