A tiny, one-man-band cafe tucked along the tramline in Sai Ying Pun. The space is pure white and minimalist with a Japanese feel, seating only about six people. The owner, known as the Hat Master, is the sole operator, handling everything from brewing coffee to baking pastries and cooking pasta. The signature feature is hand-painted latte art, where the owner can recreate almost any cartoon character on request. The menu includes homemade scones, Basque cheesecake, croffles, and a few pasta dishes, all at very reasonable prices.
