The ground floor operates as a relaxed café where customers can bring their dogs, enjoy drinks and cake, or work on a laptop while therapy dogs roam and interact with guests. Upstairs houses professional grooming facilities, self-service bathing stations, and training programs. The venue also supports SEN youth through pet care internships. A welcoming environment for both dog owners and those who simply want to spend time with therapy dogs.
