Sick Burger

A compact, street-facing burger joint on a quiet lane in Causeway Bay. The interior blends industrial concrete and terrazzo with retro American diner posters and neon signs, creating a gritty, nostalgic vibe. An open kitchen lets you watch the chefs sear patties to order. The menu focuses on creative, handcrafted burgers with local twists, plus indulgent milkshakes and sides. Seating is limited and the space can get tight, with a self-service ordering and tray-return system. Dogs are welcome but are asked to sit at the outdoor tables near the entrance.
