A vegan fine-dining private kitchen tucked inside an industrial building in Kwun Tong. The minimalist black-and-white interior holds only a few tables, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. An 8-course tasting menu showcases creative plant-based cuisine, with chefs trained at Le Cordon Bleu. The menu changes periodically with themed pop-up concepts like cha chaan teng or dim sum.
