The menu is built around hearty, wok-fried staples like the signature Indonesian-style fried rice, which is loaded with char siu, shrimp, and crispy whitebait, and packs a gentle spicy kick. The milk tea, made from a blend of seven tea leaves, is famously smooth and tea-forward. Prices are on the higher side for a cha chaan teng, and drinks are charged separately.
