Trinity Dumpling (Central)

A compact dumpling shop tucked inside a Central alley, serving creative pan-fried and soup dumplings alongside Japanese-inspired small plates. The interior is simple and warm, with anime posters and J-pop music setting a casual, slightly quirky mood. Lunch sets are popular and affordable, pairing dumplings with noodles or rice. The kitchen uses fresh ingredients and avoids MSG, producing clean, balanced flavours. A free sake is offered with dinner orders, reinforcing the shop's 'dumpling tavern' concept. The space fills quickly during peak hours, and the open front means the door is frequently opened, affecting the indoor temperature.
