Venedia Grancaffe

An Italian dining room on the ground floor of a Central office tower, done in a lavish classical style and anchored by a striking blue crystal chandelier that draws as many cameras as the plates do. Lunch runs as a two to four course set, dinner a la carte. Red prawn linguine is the dish people return for, the shellfish sweet and firm and the sauce clinging to every strand; pizza with a blistered, crisp base, slow-cooked beef, octopus and burrata salad fill out the menu, with tiramisu to finish. Booking is advisable at midday, when nearby office tables fill the room.
