One of several roast goose houses lining the Sham Tseng road, this one tucked into the ground floor of a small commercial centre behind its own siu mei counter, with a car park, private rooms and a traditional banquet-hall dining room. Roast goose is the draw, glossy-skinned and tender, served with a house sour plum sauce that hides a whole preserved plum and best paired with lai fun noodles. Beyond the goose the kitchen runs a full Cantonese menu, salt-and-pepper squid, razor clams in black bean sauce, ginger and spring onion abalone, and greens with salted and century egg. Set menus suit larger tables.
